The Mazda CX-9 has raised the bar for aesthetically pleasing and affordable SUV crossovers, with its seven seating layout, there is enough room for the whole family.

Front-wheel drive or all-wheel drive is offered on all trims except the new Signature trim which only comes in all-wheel drive. A 2.5-liter, turbocharged inline-4 engine produces 227-hp and 310-ft-lb of torque while offering increased fuel mileage due to its reduced displacement. The standard six-speed automatic transmission offers an even greater visceral experience with its manual gear selection mode. Equipped with many of Mazda's safety and convenience technologies, occupants can enjoy the ride in comfort and safety. The safety features Include a full-color heads-up display projected onto the windscreen, forward collision mitigation, rear collision warning, and blind spot monitor with warning sensors. For your convenience, HD radio, Bluetooth wireless streaming, and Bluetooth phone connectivity are standard on all trims, with an optional Bose 12-speaker premium audio system with Centerpoint 2.0 surround sound, available for Grand Touring and Signature trims.

For 2016, the Mazda CX-9 gains an all new interior, including French stitched accents, Nappa leather, genuine aluminum, and rosewood, which was crafted by a Japanese guitar making company, FujiGen.
