Best place to buy a Mazda in Ottawa! Very spacious and well kept. They have the best selection in town and lots of places around for a test drive. I bought Mazda 3 GT from them and I couldn't be happier! Their best salesman Abdel Rahman (Abud) provided me with all the information I needed and was able to give me a good deal. Financial manager Saman was very efficient and did all the work in a timely manner. They maintained good communication with me during the entire process and kept every promise. Very honorable people! Had a great shopping experience at Barrhaven Mazda. Sales associate Bogdan was very helpful, pleasant and professional in showing us our vehicles of interest and taking us for test drives. At no point was there any pressure tactics during our discussions. Although we didn’t purchase a car from Barrhaven Mazda, we definitely would deal with Bogdan again.

I recently purchased a car from here, and overall, I had a great experience. The sales representative, Abood, was incredibly helpful and provided a lot of information about the cars I was considering. I appreciated how thorough he was in answering all of my questions. One thing that stood out was having the sales rep with me during the test drive. While I’m not sure if that’s standard practice now, it did make me feel a bit distracted from fully focusing on the driving experience. Nonetheless, I still appreciated the valuable insights he shared about the car. I initially wanted to take a day to think things over, but the team was very eager to make a deal and presented me with an offer that was hard to walk away from. While there were a few minor hiccups along the way, Abood handled everything professionally and efficiently: 1 - When I went to pick up the car, the check engine light came on. I could tell from his reaction that it had just appeared, and it was a quick fix. 2 - After I got home, I received a notice about the key fob battery being low. I mentioned it to him, and he kindly offered to replace it when I had the time. 3 - A few days later, I ran into an issue where the car wouldn't start (which was my fault), but he was very reassuring and even met me to fix the issue right away. Despite these minor bumps, the level of customer service was excellent, and I felt well taken care of throughout the process. I would definitely consider buying from Barrhaven Mazda again in the future. Highly recommend!
