We set up an appointment on Saturday to look at a CX-70 GT and after the test drives , we decided on buying a 2025 CX-5 Signature Turbo in Jet Black Mica… and took delivery the following Saturday … It was so easy dealing with the team, no pressure, no BS, just straight to the point in a pleasant , clear and family like approach. We had a trade (again no hassle and gave me what I asked for) the whole process was seamless and smooth .. Pro tip : .. The showroom is one of the brightest we’ve visited , with large glass windows, tons of lovely sunlight .. Abdelrahman was really helpful and knowledgeable, carefully analyzing several models to assist me understand, and worked hard to meet my budget. The team was awesome too. Although there was some feature confusion between what I was told and what I received, should have confirmed it in writing. I'm pleased with my CX-5; it runs smoothly, however the speed limit on the road is periodically out of date or incorrectly displayed. CarPlay periodically bounces back to the dashboard from the app or suddenly disconnects. Overall experience is positive.

This is my first Mazda. I am enjoying it so far. Although some hiccups in between transaction. But I would definitely recommend my sale person Brandon, thank you and thank you Dan for make things right. Hope the next purchase will be better.
